🔹 1. Cancellation Eligibility (Based on Payment Milestone)
🟡 a. After Initial Signup – ₹300
If no appointment is booked and the user requests cancellation within 7 days, a ₹200 refund will be processed (₹100 deducted as processing/admin fee).
If an appointment is booked or service is used, no refund is applicable, since the system has already initiated vendor coordination.
🟡 b. After 2nd Installment – ₹700
If the user has paid ₹1000 total (₹300 + ₹700) and has not used any service, a ₹700 refund can be issued (₹300 is non-refundable).
If the service is already availed or appointment confirmed, no refund is available. However, the remaining coupon can be transferred to a friend or family member once per subscription.
🟡 c. After Final Installment – ₹1100 (Full ₹2100 Paid)
Once full subscription is activated:
No monetary refund is available.
However, if no services have been redeemed yet, IMente may offer a transfer of benefits to another user of the subscriber’s choice.
🔹 2. Subscription Validity and Inactivity Policy
Every subscription is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
If the user remains inactive for more than 3 consecutive months (no appointments or promotional activities), their account may enter “pause mode.”
Reactivation can be requested via support and may involve a ₹299 reactivation fee.
🔹 3. Appointment Cancellation (By Vendor)
If a vendor cancels or fails to deliver the service:
The user’s coupon will be reinstated within 24–48 hours.
IMente will offer alternate vendors or time slots.
If no alternate is accepted by the user within 7 days, the voucher is re-issued for future use.
🔹 4. User-Initiated Appointment Cancellation
Appointments must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance.
Failure to show up twice may result in:
Loss of that month’s coupon
A temporary freeze on account benefits
Repeated no-shows may require manual reactivation with a penalty fee.
🔹 5. Misuse & Fair Use Policy
IMente is built on trust. To ensure authentic reviews and user-vendor integrity:
Users attempting to exploit or misuse coupon redemptions (e.g., fake bookings, misleading reviews) will face account suspension.
Business vendors flagged for misusing IMente-sent traffic or altering redemption terms will be permanently removed.
🔹 6. Refund Timeline
If a refund is eligible:
It will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refund requests must be emailed to support@imente.in with relevant user ID and transaction proof.
