1. Use of Our Services
1.1 Aapko customers ki location par wellness, grooming aur beauty services ki appointments milengi. (jaise Makeup, Facial, Waxing, Threading, Manicure, Pedicure, Root- Touchup, Hair Color, Body Polishing, Body Massage, Hair Care Services, etc..) Imente sirf ek aggregator/marketplace hai jo Service Professionals ko najdeeki customers se connect karta hai.
1.2 Service Professionals ke charges unki skills ke hisaab se hote hain, jo ₹6-₹20/- per minute tak ho sakte hain.
1.3 Appointments hamari website/app ya phone par book ki jaati hain aur Service Professionals ki app par Duty-On rehne par hi appointment ke notifications receive hote hai.
1.4 Customers service professional ki profile par aapke online salon ke reviews/ ratings/ or di jaane wali services dekh kar apni home services ke liye apna appointment book karte hai, to ye aapki jimmedari hai ki apni profile par achche reviews maintain kare.
1.5 Agar aapki profile par rating kam hote hai to ye aapki confirmed appointment par prabhav dalte hai.
1.6 Imente ke system ke anusar best rating services professionals ko confirmed appointment ka preference diya jayega.
1.7 Confirmed Appointments ke liye aapko apna Account/ profile verify karna hota hai.
Account verify karne ke liye aapko ye kuch steps ko follow karna jaruri hota hai.
(a).apni sabhi services me use hone wale products ka pura hona jaruri hai. Jisse ye ensure hota hai ki services ki booking aane pr sabhi services time par di ja sakti hai.
(b). Subscribe ki gayi services ke liye Aapke pass minimum 1 saal ka experience proof submit karna jaruri hota hai. Iska proof ye steps follow karke aap de sakte hai.
Aap apna work experience certificate submit kar sakte hai. / Ya aap apne purane 10 customers se apni profile pr best review le sakte hai.
(c) aapko apna address or identity submit karna hota hai.

1.9 Platform charges
Yaha shuruwat karne ke liye aapko koi charges nahi dena hota. FREE aap enroll kar sakte hai,
Lekin agar aap confirmed bookings ka faida lena chahte to aapko har confirmed appointment complete hone ke baad  total services charges ka 30% platform charges dena hota hai.
Products ki sale par kisi tarha ka koi commission aapko nahi dena hota hai.
Makeup ki sabhi services included product hoti hai, inper total invoice ka 30% platform charge dena hota hai.
1.10 Service Professional Requirements:
Service professional ke pass apne kaam ka proper experience hona chahiye taaki wo high-quality service deliver kar sake. Saath hi, aapke pass sabhi zaroori tools aur equipment hone chahiye jo service ko efficiently complete karne ke liye required hain.

Customers ke paas option hota hai ki wo apni service ke liye apne products use karein. Agar customer apna product use karte hain, toh aapko sirf service charge hi pay kiya jayega.
Product Quality Responsibility:
Jab aap market se products kharidte hain, toh unki quality aur authenticity ki zimmedaari aapki hoti hai.
Hamesha high-quality aur genuine products hi purchase karein.
Market se kharide gaye products ke liye Imente koi training ya support provide nahi karega.
Company-Provided Products:
Agar aap products aur disposables company se purchase karte hain, toh unki quality aur authenticity ki zimmedaari company ki hoti hai.
Company-provided products par aapko training aur support bhi diya jata hai.
Is baat ka dhyan rakhein ki high-quality products hi use karein, chahe wo aapke kharide hue ho ya company ke provided ho, taki customers ko best experience mil sake.
1.12 Client Matching Policy for Beauticians
Female Beauticians ke liye:
Agar aap ek female beautician hain, toh aapko sirf female clients ke appointments assign kiye jaayenge. Yeh policy aapki safety aur comfort ko dhyan mein rakhte hue banayi gayi hai.
Male Beauticians ke liye:
Agar aap ek male beautician hain, toh aapko sirf male clients ke appointments assign kiye jaayenge. Yeh ensure karta hai ki dono parties ke liye ek comfortable aur respectful environment banaya ja sake.

1.13 Payment and Earnings
Fair Earning Opportunities:
Imente fair aur transparent earning system maintain karta hai.

Hourly earnings service costs ko factor karne ke baad bhi competitive hoti hain.

Hair Dresser ke liye aapko customers se ₹8-₹10/min ka service charge pay kiya jata hai.
Beautician ke liye aapko customers se ₹6-₹8/min ka service charge pay kiya jata hai.
Massage Therapist ke liye aapko customers se ₹12-₹15/min ka service charge pay kiya jata hai.
Makeup Artist ke liye aapko customers se maximum ₹20-₹50/min ka makeup charge pay kiya jata hai.

2. Service professional account, Password, aur Security
2.1 Website/App se purchase karne ke liye account banana zaroori hai. Registration ke baad aapko ek OTP milega jo har login ke liye required hoga.
2.2 Aap apne account aur OTP ki security ke liye khud zimmedar hain. Agar unauthorized access ya breach ho, to humein turant inform karein.
2.3 Agar security breach ke wajah se loss hota hai, to uske liye ham zimmedar nahi honge.
2.4 Service Profeesional ke personal aur banking data ki suraksha Imente ki priority hai.

3. Membership Eligibility
3.1 Imente ki website, app ya services sirf un logon ke liye available hain jo Indian Contract Act, 1872 ke tahat ek legally binding contract sign kar sakte hain.
3.2 Agar aap minor hain (18 saal se kam), to aap hamari website ya app par register nahi kar sakte aur na hi hamari services ka use kar sakte hain. Agar galat information provide ki gayi ho, to uske liye aap hamari company ko indemnify (chhati-puran bharne) ke liye zimmedar honge.

3.3 Commitment to Well-Being:
Imente aapki physical, mental, aur emotional well-being ka pura dhyan rakhta hai aur apni policies ko issi commitment ke saath banata hai.
3.4 Fair and Supportive Policies:
Imente yeh ensure karta hai ki uski policies aur metrics aapki earnings ya work conditions ko negatively impact na karein.
3.5 Transparent Payments:
Imente aapki hourly earnings ko industry standards ke hisaab se maintain karta hai.
3.6 Safety Net in Emergencies:
Agar kisi bimari, accident, ya hospitalization (COVID-19 included) ki wajah se aap kaam nahi kar sakte, toh Imente aapki medical insurance ke jariye aapko financial support provide karega.
₹400/day tak loss of earnings ka support aapki medical insurance se milega, predefined scenarios mein.
3.7 Non-Penalization for Genuine Issues:
Agar medical reasons ki wajah se service miss hoti hai, toh aapko penalize nahi kiya jayega.

8. Limitation of Liability
Service Professionals apni galtiyon ke liye khud zimmedar honge.
Agar kisi Service Professional ki wajah se customer ko koi nuksan hota hai, toh uska bharpai unhe khud karna padega.
Termination ke baad bhi, agar koi ordered service, product, ya liability pending hai, toh uska payment karna zaroori hoga.
Customer claims ₹15,000 tak limited rahenge, jo pehle se contractually decide kiya gaya hai.

9. Service Professionals Responsibilities.
9.1 Service use karte time:
Service fees aur taxes ka pura payment karna zaroori hai.
Devices ya products ka misuse nahi karna hai.
Customers se illegal ya inappropriate kaam karne ko mat bolein.
Agar customer ka behaviour pasand na aaye, to politely service ko skip karke, appointment location ko chod dain aur feedback de.
9.2 Agar Service Professionals ki galti se customer ko koi damage ho, to maximum liability Rs. 15,000/- tak hai jo ki aapko deni hogi.
9.3 Customer ko hamesha apni belongings ka pura dhyan rakhne ke liye bole.
Agar kuch missing ho, to aapointment ke baad 24 ghante ke andar aane wali complaints per hi action liya jayega.
9.4 Customer ke kisi mis behaviour par complaint likhit mein 24 ghante ke andar karein.

10. Cancellation Policy
10.1 Agar customer bina kisi prior notice ke service cancel karte hai:
Uss condition me cancelation appointment charges aapke bank account mein next 24 hours me add ho jayega.

11. Intellectual Property Rights
11.1 Website/App ke sabhi content, trademarks aur IP rights Imente ke hain. Iska unauthorized use allowed nahi hai.
11.2 Aap jo bhi content upload karte hain, uska ownership aapka hi rahega, par aap humein use karne ka right dete hain.

12. Indemnity
Aap hamari company ko indemnify karenge agar aapke kisi violation ya illegal act ke wajah se third party claim kare.

13. Pricing
Product aur service ki prices website/app par mention hain aur bina notice ke change ho sakti hain.

12. Governing Law
Yeh Terms Indian law ke mutabik governed hain aur Delhi ke courts ke jurisdiction mein rahenge.

15. Controversy or Dispute Resolution
Program ke sambandh mein koi bhi vivad ho, to use suljhana Imente ki internal grievance redressal process ke madhyam se hoga.
Yadi vivad suljha nahi paya jata, to kanooni maamle ke liye jurisdiction New Delhi rahega.
